Currently under Construction The 146 Story Fordsum Spire will be the Tallest Residential Building in North America when completed in 2012. Situated at the mouth of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan along Lake Shore Drive this magnificent structure will define the Chicago Skyline. Shore Pac drilling slurry is being used to drill the support caissons for this massive project.
